Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Laurel Toronto offers free shipping on all orders within Canada, with no minimum purchase required. We currently ship exclusively within Canada to ensure consistent delivery standards and close quality control.
Where do you ship from and where do you deliver?
We ship exclusively within Canada. This allows us to maintain reliable delivery timelines and consistent quality throughout the fulfillment process.
How long does order processing take?
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 6:00 PM (ET) are processed as quickly as possible the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once payment is confirmed, orders are carefully prepared, inspected, and packed within 1–3 business days.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location within Canada.
Total estimated delivery time:
4–10 business days (processing + transit time)
Please note that during peak seasons or periods of high demand, delivery may take slightly longer.
How can I track my order?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- Undamaged
- Returned in its original packaging
