To keep things simple, we offer free shipping on all orders within Canada, with no minimum purchase required. We currently ship exclusively within Canada, allowing us to maintain consistent delivery standards and close quality control throughout the entire fulfillment process.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 6:00 PM (EST) are processed as quickly as possible the same business day, while orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once payment is confirmed, orders are carefully prepared, inspected, and packed within 1–3 business days.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location within Canada. This means the total delivery time is generally 4–10 business days, combining processing and transit time.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time. Please note that during peak seasons or periods of high demand, processing or delivery may take slightly longer.
