If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Please ensure the product is in the same condition in which it was received.

Once your request has been approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the product by mail. Exchanges are accepted for eligible items within the same 30-day return period.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within up to 7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that, depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use, damage, washing, or modification after delivery. For hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return; when applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page. No restocking fees are charged for approved returns.
